A Bit About Me
Much like many of you, during the 2020 pandemic, I was forced to slow down enough to truly think about my life. I had worked as an academic for almost 20 years, and while I loved being with my students, had burnt myself out, sacrificing my physical and mental health for far too long. I needed a change. So, I enrolled in an online yoga teacher training to deepen my practice of the past 15 years.
From there, it became my goal to help others regulate their nervous systems and feel better in their bodies. I eventually added on certifications in pilates and assisted stretching to carry out this ambition. I have worked with a wide variety of ages, fitness levels, and flexibility levels in Nevada, Pennsylvania, and online. In September 2024, I opened my home to clients to help them pursue their fitness and wellness goals with more accessible prices than they might find elsewhere in Pittsburgh.
Please feel free to contact me anytime for questions about my services. I look forward to working with you in the future.
